01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the jl9888 website and platform — whether you're browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the jl9888 platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and jl9888. 02 Eligibility
To register and play on jl9888, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

jl9888 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension or closure, and pending withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
03 Account Registration
Each player may hold only one account on jl9888. Duplicate accounts are not permitted, regardless of the reason for opening them. If you have accidentally created more than one account, contact our support team immediately to resolve the situation before it results in a formal suspension.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information jl9888 requests during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl9888 login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account — whether or not you authorised it — is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, notify jl9888 immediately.
jl9888 may require identity verification at registration, before processing your first withdrawal, or at any point where we have reason to verify your account. Accepted documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (passport, UMID, PhilSys ID, driver's licence) and a recent proof of address. 04 Deposits and Withdrawals
jl9888 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account or card belonging to another person — are not accepted. If a third-party deposit is detected, jl9888 will return the funds and may suspend the account pending investigation.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Processing times vary by payment method — GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours, while bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet are processed within one business day under normal conditions.
jl9888 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control. All amounts on the jl9888 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control.
05 Bonuses and Promotions
jl9888 periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other special offers. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates — which are stated on the relevant promotion page.
In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all jl9888 offers:
- Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 10x before any withdrawal is processed, unless stated otherwise.
- Free bets and bonus credits cannot be withdrawn as cash — only winnings generated from them are withdrawable, subject to any stated wagering requirements.
- Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, per IP address.
- jl9888 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer if we reasonably believe it is being abused or claimed in bad faith.
- Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise.
Attempting to exploit promotional offers — for example, by creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to appear eligible, or placing bets in a pattern designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk — is considered bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all related bonus balances.
06 Gameplay and Betting Rules
All games and betting markets on jl9888 are subject to game-specific rules, which are displayed on the relevant game or market page. In general, the following principles apply across all jl9888 products:
- All bets are final once confirmed. No cancellations are accepted after a bet has been placed and confirmed, except where explicitly provided for (e.g., live bet cash-out features).
- jl9888 reserves the right to void bets placed in error — for example, due to a system error that produced clearly incorrect odds. Voided bets have stakes returned to the player's wallet.
- In sports betting, jl9888's decision on the outcome of a market is final and based on official results from the relevant governing body.
- If a sporting event is abandoned or rescheduled, jl9888 will follow its stated event-specific rules for settlement. Where no specific rule applies, bets are typically voided and stakes returned.
- RNG casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator systems. Results cannot be influenced by jl9888 or the player.
- Live dealer game results are determined by real physical events (cards dealt, wheel spun) in a licensed studio environment. Video feeds are recorded and archived for dispute resolution purposes.
07 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jl9888 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:
- Registering or operating multiple accounts.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
- Exploiting known or suspected bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or system. Players who discover a bug are expected to report it to support immediately.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Using a payment method belonging to a third party.
- Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money-laundering law (AMLA).
- Accessing or attempting to access jl9888 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour toward jl9888 staff or other players.
jl9888 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. In cases involving suspected criminal activity, we will disclose relevant account information as required by law.
08 Account Suspension and Closure
jl9888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is a reasonable basis to believe these Terms have been violated, or where regulatory compliance requires it. Where possible, jl9888 will notify the account holder of the suspension and the reason for it.
If your account is suspended, pending withdrawals of verified real-money funds (not bonus balances) will be processed in line with jl9888's standard procedures once any investigation is complete. Bonus balances in a suspended account are forfeited.
Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting jl9888 support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method, after any required verification steps are completed.
09 Responsible Gaming
jl9888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its products. We provide the following tools to help players stay in control:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

- Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from jl9888 for a defined period (30 days minimum) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the active period.

All content on the jl9888 platform — including but not limited to logos, game assets, text, images, software, interface designs, and data — is the intellectual property of jl9888 or its licensed partners, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any jl9888 content without express written permission.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl9888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, system downtime, or errors in game outcomes that are subsequently corrected.
jl9888's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jl9888 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
12 Amendments to These Terms
jl9888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on file or through an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of jl9888 after being notified of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
13 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
